Kerry & Lynda Myer

Did you ever dream of having your own business? I did, and I’m blessed to be able to do it with my family.

The Myer name comes from a proud ancestry of German blood. That’s why you see the shield in our logo. And, it’s probably why I’ve been drawn to foreign cars all my life.

I married my high school sweetheart in 1983. Lynda and I have six children, and at present, four grandkids. I raised my sons, and one of my daughters, to learn the automotive trade. Our kids are grown, in their 20s and 30s, but on any given weekend you’re bound to meet a few at the shop — getting their hands dirty — and loving it!

We recently opened our family automotive automotive shop in Sherman to be able to work closer to HOME. Because, after all is said and done, we ARE seventh, eighth, and ninth generations NATIVE Texans!

Family Owned & Operated

It was important for me to own and operate a family business where we could serve customers in a friendly, trusted environment. I have been working on cars since the 70s and want to take my knowledge and teach my boys a trade that will help others.

Specialist In European Cars

The car industry is ever changing. It takes a lot of training to stay current and a lot of experience to take care of older models. I have  a Master’s Certification at the BMW Factory, training at Bosche and even A & P training for working on airplanes. Throughout my career I have worked with independant shops that attracted European cars. This gave me the experience I needed in working mostly with foreign cars.

37 Years of Experience

My first car was a black MGB. My second car was a  bright yellow Jaguar XKE. I couldn’t offord to buy either of those vehicles new, so I learned how to fix them to keep them running. The love I had for those first two cars got me in the industry. I’ve never left the business since then.
